Hurricane Otis Relief

In the early morning hours of Wednesday October 25th Hurricane Otis made landfall directly over Acapulco, Mexico. The damage and destruction lasted for over 4 hours as the Category 5 Hurricane passed through. In it’s path it left major power outages, flooding and property destruction. The city was left without power and communication ad many lives were lost.

The Children’s Homes were affected as well. Acapulco Angels has reached out to each of the homes to ask what they need and the response is overwhelmingly food and support for clean up efforts. You can help us to help the children by Donating here on our site. The Mexican Government has worked tirelessly to get the power and communication services reactivated. It will be a long recovery for Acapulco buy the process has already started. Many restaurants have already opened and are rebuilding their establishments. Hotels are beginning to open as they repair the damage caused by Hurricane Otis.
